< 5 Members, Archives: Public For those interested in a fun and active recreational activity, consider joining my Double-Dutch group. Experience is not necessary but it would help if you at least know what it is. Its a form of jump rope that can include dancing, spinning, or just stepping. A great way to cardio workout as well as toning for the arms (if turning the ropes). I want to start this once a week, if possible, at various LA locations. If anyone is interested, please let me know and we'll set up a schedule.
